Here are the best ana approved foods that we should all be eating.
When it comes to food in dieting, we have so many choices. We have the low carb foods, vegan foods, organic foods, low fat foods, you name it. Which foods out of these are the best? The following foods are ana approved. The foods you consume should be light, lower sugar, lower fat, and have some kind of nutritious value. So here the top ana safe foods that we should all keep in our pantries and refrigerators.
- Berries. Blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and raspberries. You should always have some of these available. Berries are low in calories, sugar, carbs and are high in antioxidants. They’re great for the morning, as a snack, or making smoothies.
- Salad/leafy greens. They are truly an ana food. They’re super low in calorie, sugar, and carbs. They are full of essential nutrients and are just an overall amazing food. They’re super easy to make into a salad for lunch.
- Protein. Protein is super important in your diet. It helps you feel full and with your hair and nails. I made this into just one category because I want to include all choices for everyone’s dietary needs. Include lean poultry such as chicken and turkey, fish, egg whites, non-fat dairy, and for vegans, beans, tofu/soy, nuts, and seeds.
- Avocados. Avocados are yummy and a healthy source of fat. They’re easy to chop up and enjoy on salads or to make into guacamole. Don’t be afraid of them!
Make sure you eat enough of these foods and always keep them around!
