Hey everyone,
I wanted to make a quick update of what I did today. Today, I took yet another day off my eating plan. I just kind ate anything and everything. Let’s see I had a skinny latte, some juice, a lunchable, a microwavable dinner, a mcflurry, some cookies, and some chips. Yeah, I had a total binge day, oh well. I honestly can’t feel too bad. I probably had what normal people would eat in a day. However, I am still planning on fasting this weekend. Wish me luck!
I guess the reason I don’t feel so bad about my binge day is because I was extremely productive today in terms of homework. I did nothing but homework today and I finished three assignments! I’m so proud of myself. One of them wasn’t due until tomorrow and another until Sunday, but I wanted to get them done the earlier the better so I can work on other more important work. I was really productive though so I don’t feel as bad about not caring about what I eat. I’m kinda annoyed that my professor didn’t email me back regarding one of the assignments but who cares? I finished it anyways.

I understand you. I need to have a strong motivation to do my homework and it’s probably the fact that I like things perfect, haha. But you can have this motivation too. You just need to set your mind to it and I know you can do it. Believe in yourself dear!

I think you have the right mindset. Obviously we don’t want to get too carried away, but when a binge day happens it happens. If you keep beating yourself up about it it can lead to even more binging. I am glad you are being so productive! I might need your encouragement this fall when I go back to school. š

I’ll try my very best to encourage you dear! School is important because we’re paying too much not to get a degree lol. Yeah, because I was productive I wasn’t too worried about my binge day š

I feel your binge dude. That was mee last night. I guess I never really thought that what I eat when I binge is what normal people eat in a day..

Normal people eat too much when you think about it. I see people at school and they finish way more than what I would eat lol. I know it’s not healthy to eat very little food but it can’t be healthy to eat all that much either.
