I know I haven’t posted one of these in the longest and I do want to apologize for that. I’ve been binging like crazy and going through an emotional rollercoaster. I just wanted to make a quick post of what I ate today, though. Enjoy!
Breakfast: skinny latte (85)
Lunch: Salad (45)
Dinner: veggies w/ veggie burger (95)
Snacks: peach (50), baby carrots w/hummus (80), cashews (80), water, Diet Coke, and iced tea.
Total: 435 calories
Pretty good day with no binging!!!
