Daily Food Journal-No binge = proud

Here’s what I ate today:

Morning: Lite orange juice (35)

Breakfast: Banana w/ cofee (110)

Lunch: Salad w/ Diet Coke (50)

Dinner: Veggies w/ vegan chicken w/ tea (150)

Snacks: Bagel thin w/ fat-free cream cheese (140)

Nighttime: Skim milk (80)

Total: 565 calories!! Pretty good ladies, I didn’t binge so I’m super proud 🙂
