I haven’t made a Thinspo Saturday post in a while, so that’s exactly what I wanted to do today. Today’s thinspo is Victoria’s Secret Angel Alessandra Ambrosio.
According to Healthy Celeb, Ale is 5’9 and weighs 119 pounds. Personally, I think she’s probably higher because she does have quite a bit of muscle on her.
Diet: Alessandra says that a typical day involves eating eggs for breakfast with bread and fruit. Her lunch usually involves a salad. For dinner, she’ll make something like chicken and veggies with rice. Throughout the day, she drinks a lot of water. She also drinks coffee multiple times a day even after workingout. She also enjoys her green juices.
Fitness: Alessandra says that she always likes to squish in a one-hour long workout daily. After she drops off the kids to school, she’ll go to pilates class. She also says she likes to go to yoga class or does a strenght training workout. She mixes up her workouts.
