Megan Fox Thinspo Plus Diet and Exercise Routine

Hey dears,

I just realized that it’s been such a long time since I’ve made a thinspo post (sorry) so, that’s exactly what I am going to do for you all today. It’s getting colder outside and it’s almost the holiday season, we all need some motivation!

Today’s thinspo will be Megan Fox. I use to be obsessed with Megan Fox in high school. She’s hot and has a beautiful body. I actually had someone call me Megan because I looked like Megan Fox (lol). According to Healthy Celeb, Megan Fox is 5’4 ft tall and weighs 114 pounds.

Diet: Megan has admitted to following a strict diet with NO cheat days at all. She says that she follows a strict paleo diet with absolutely no bread. She said it’s a high-protein, very low-carbohydrate, and low-sugar diet that ‘kinda sucks.’ The one thing that she won’t give up is her morning coffee. She’s also been known for going to extremes and doesn’t shy away from telling the truth. She said she was once on a very strict vegan diet where she mainly ate raw fruits and vegetables with no coffee, bread, or sugar. She’s also been known for using Garcinia Cambogia to get rid of the baby weight. For bloating, she drinks apple cider vinegar mixed with water.

Fitness: Megan Fox works with personal trainer, Harley Pasternak. Pasternak uses the Five Factor workouts to tone her body. They are five parts to this workout method: a minimum five-minute cardio warm-up, a lower body sculpting exercise, an upper body toning exercise, then an abdominal sculpting exercise, and finally, a five-minute cool down. Harley also said that Megan uses the Hollywood Workout DVD on days she can’t physically go to the gym which is an intense workout. Megan says that she exercises hard twice a week where she does bursts of cardio with heavy weights and circuit training.

What I think?: I think Megan is quite honest with what it really takes to get a body like hers. She admits that she is super strict with her diet and doesn’t even have cheat days. She admits that she takes diet pills and workouts out hard too. She pretty much admitted that she worked out throughout her entire pregnancies and followed a strict diet. Plus, let’s not forget the plastic surgery. Overall, I appreciate Megan’s honesty a whole lot. She actually admits that having a body like hers is not a result of eating whatever she wants and running around after the kids. Thanks Megan, I love you a little more!
